Part-GH.OPS — Regulation Overview

73 sections · 598 audit questions · Implementing Rule, AMC and GM · v2025-11-05

Part-GH.OPS is the operational counterpart to Part-ORGH — the rules a ground handling provider has to actually follow on the ramp, in the baggage hall, during turnaround coordination and during cargo and mail handling. Where Part-ORGH is about the organisation, Part-GH.OPS is about the work.

Authoring this Part required separating the “the procedure shall require” obligations (which audit at the document level) from the “the operator shall ensure” obligations (which audit at the action level). The checklist makes the distinction explicit per question, because that’s where audit findings actually arise on operational Parts.
